Biomedical Mathematics

In this section you can perform data mining operations. For each one of the following actions, select an option on the left menu:

1. Bio-Structures: Search bio-structures by type, name and keyword.
2. Data Classes: Group bio-structures that share common characteristics in sets. Any bio-structure can belong to many classes.
3. Scenarios: Group dataclasses in sets. Each scenario is defined by its classes and a classification/clustering method. Any data class can belong to many scenarios.
4. Feature Files: Scenario can be exported to a file in Weka's ARFF format. This link browses a folder that contains all exported feature files. Each feature file contains the name of the scenario from which it was originated.
5. File Import: Import bio-structures into the system through several acceptable data formats.
